Bengali Music Night
PostedSo tonight we stopped by a friends house where I was able to "jam" Bengali style on the Tabla while he played the Dotara (the citar-mandalin like instrument you see him playing) and Debbie played the Premjouri (little hand rattles). He sang songs of Christ's love for us! What a great evening! This is called Tandu singing, and is from the rural areas of the country.
